Manager - Accounts Payable (Barcelona)

Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team across various regions. Define, implement, and standardize end-to-end AP processes, policies, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. Distribute tasks within the team in alignment with skills, volume, and regional responsibilities. Monitor and manage AP performance metrics. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX, and local regulations. Foster a high-performing team culture. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee month-end close activities related to AP.

6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity. Proven experience managing international and remote teams. Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
