NeuralWorker.one is a privacy-first AI-assisted talent matching platform for technology professionals, companies, and exclusive vendor projects. It structures professional profiles and supports discovery without making hiring decisions.
Who operates this platform
NeuralWorker.one is an independent job matching platform. For questions about the operator, data controller, or legal contact, please refer to our Imprint.
We are based in Switzerland and operate the platform with Swiss and EU data-protection requirements in mind.
How our AI matching works
CV Analysis
When you upload a CV, NeuralWorker first extracts text and shows it back to you. Possible personal information is highlighted so you can remove anything you do not want AI to process.
Profile Construction
Only the cleaned text you explicitly confirm is sent for AI-assisted professional skill extraction. The AI prepares suggestions, but nothing is stored as your profile until you review and save it.
Scoring
After you confirm your profile, the platform calculates a transparent 0-100 match score from professional criteria such as must-have skills, relevant skills, programming languages, spoken languages, experience, and location.
No black box
AI supports matching but does not make hiring decisions. The score breakdown is visible, and you can edit, delete, or export your confirmed profile data.
Your data
- ✓Original CV files are not permanently stored.
- ✓You review and clean extracted text before AI-assisted analysis.
- ✓Only confirmed professional profile data is saved.
- ✓Confirmed profile data is stored in the platform database.
- ✓We do not sell your data to third parties.
- ✓Your profile is only visible to NeuralWorker.one admins — not to employers directly.
- ✓You can delete your account and associated profile data from Settings.
- ✓Weekly job alert emails are opt-out and can be disabled in Settings.

Platform boundaries
NeuralWorker provides candidate-controlled profile creation, semantic talent discovery, and human-reviewed matching support.

- ✓Jobs and projects are provided by external companies or vendor partners.
- ✓Final hiring decisions, contracts, payments, working hours, and work instructions remain with the external company or project provider.
- ✓NeuralWorker does not guarantee employment or project placement.
