TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: 2026-05-16

1. Scope and Operator

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the NeuralWorker.one platform (neuralworker.one), operated by Steven Lucchesi, Rheinweg 5, 8200 Schaffhausen, Switzerland (hereinafter "Operator"). By registering or using the platform, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services

NeuralWorker.one is a privacy-first AI-assisted talent matching platform for technology professionals, companies, and external vendor projects. Users may create a professional profile and use AI-assisted extraction after reviewing and confirming cleaned CV text. AI supports profile structuring and matching; it does not make hiring decisions. Use of the platform is free of charge for job seekers. There is no entitlement to a specific number of matches, projects, interviews, or placement guarantees.

NeuralWorker is not the employer unless explicitly stated. External companies and project providers remain responsible for hiring decisions, contracts, compensation, working hours, project instructions, and their own project terms.

For project opportunities, NeuralWorker may provide workflow infrastructure such as project applications, entry tests, agreement acceptance records, and access gating. The external company or provider remains the contractual counterparty and remains solely responsible for the actual work relationship.

3. Registration and Account

Registration requires a Google account. You must be at least 16 years of age. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Use

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in their profile and CV
  • Not upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its AI systems
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Not use the platform for purposes other than genuine job searching

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, design, and code created by the Operator for NeuralWorker.one are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party services and AI models remain the property of their respective providers. Users retain their rights in content they submit. By uploading a CV or submitting text, users grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content only as needed to provide the requested platform functions.

6. Third-Party Links

Job listings on NeuralWorker.one may contain referral links to third-party platforms (e.g. Micro1, Turing, Mercor). The Operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or data practices of these external sites. Visiting third-party sites is at the user's own risk.

7. Liability

NeuralWorker.one does not guarantee job placement or the accuracy of AI-generated match scores. The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the Operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Account Termination and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time via the account settings or by sending a request to Neuralw1@gmail.com. Account deletion removes the account and associated profile data unless a legal retention duty applies. The Operator may also terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
