Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of DesignSpark PCB with demonstrable, hands-on project experience. Solid foundation in electronics engineering and circuit simulation using modern software tools. Proven experience in analog circuit design and simulation, high-speed digital PCB design, and power electronics simulation. Background as an Electronics Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, PCB Designer/Layout Engineer, Power Electronics Engineer, or Analog Design Engineer. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, industry-relevant data and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to technical challenges. Responsibilities: Leverage your advanced proficiency in DesignSpark PCB to analyze and evaluate real-world electronic designs. Create, review, and refine datasets that reflect best practices in PCB layout, analog circuits, high-speed digital design, and power electronics simulation. Simulate complex analog and digital circuits, providing detailed feedback on design integrity, performance, and industry relevance. Develop comprehensive documentation, technical notes, and written explanations to support data annotation and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with a diverse, global team of experts, contributing insights to enhance the accuracy and depth of training data for AI models. Apply deep hands-on experience to assess and validate PCB designs and circuit simulations for relevance, clarity, and technical correctness. Use your strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate electronic engineering concepts and mentor peers as needed.
