Job Description
As a Financial Data Privacy Analyst, you will protect sensitive information by identifying, managing, and mitigating risks related to PII in documents and systems. Leveraging your domain expertise. No prior AI experience required. You will apply your knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data handling practices, and redaction or privacy tools to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with PII compliance in finance or corporate settings. Comprehensive understanding of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and their application to financial data. Demonstrated expertise in sensitive document handling and redaction tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex privacy requirements into actionable practices. Experience managing workflows and protocols that involve confidential information. Attention to detail and an investigative mindset for identifying non-obvious PII within documentation. Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and address risks related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in financial documents and digital systems. Apply global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) for compliance. Review and redact sensitive financial documents (CIMs, financial statements, contracts). Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data privacy protocols. Evaluate document content for indirect identifiers. Provide expert recommendations for privacy controls.
