Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly related to large-scale infrastructure or power generation projects. In-depth understanding of title, ownership, and land-use rights documentation for complex developments. Hands-on experience with document review and data extraction. Professional experience within US East Coast jurisdictions. Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred. Responsibilities: Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records. Extract and structure key data points. Identify and categorize evidence of land-use compliance. Collaborate with a tiered team of legal experts. Contribute to the creation of benchmark datasets for AI training.
