5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal document reviewer. Demonstrated expertise in reviewing land control instruments, site control documentation, and easement agreements. Understanding of PJM interconnection and land title research is highly desirable. Professional experience in US East Coast jurisdictions. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow structured review protocols. Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate land control instruments, site control documentation, and easement agreements for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. - Identify and document deficiencies or missing elements in site control documentation. - Organize and structure findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports. - Support due diligence processes for power generation project development. - Flag non-compliant or high-risk filings based on established legal and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with senior reviewers and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
