Requirements

4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, video strategy, or campaign strategy; video-first point of view; track record of developing innovative campaign approaches; comfort with ambiguity; strong measurement instincts; experience with AI marketing tools. Responsibilities: Own integrated campaign briefs; Lead YouTube content strategy; Build and maintain campaign playbooks; Explore and implement automation opportunities; Partner with CRM and analytics for measurement strategies; Manage campaign timelines and creative reviews.
