Financial Due Diligence Analyst

As a Financial Due Diligence Analyst, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Review and evaluate Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial statements, and contracts to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks. Assess deal processes, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising transactions. Perform rigorous analysis of sensitive and confidential documents while maintaining strict adherence to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance standards. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate CIMs, financial statements, and contracts; Assess deal processes (M&A and fundraising); Identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and communicate complex financial findings.
